Q2. Where does HANTRIUM ship from?
All artworks are shipped from the Printful facility closest to your address within the United States, ensuring faster and safer delivery.
II. Shipping Information
Q3. How long does delivery take?
- Metal Art Frame (20×30, 24×36 in): 5–9 business days
- Canvas Extra Large (30×60, 40×60 in): 5–8 business days
- Canvas Medium (16×24–24×36 in): 5–8 business days
Q4. What are the shipping rates?
- Metal Frame: $29.99 first item / $14.95 each additional
- Canvas Extra Large: $86.99 per item
- Canvas Medium: $9.99 per item
III. Tracking & Delivery
Q5. Will I get tracking updates?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email to follow the delivery in real time.
Q6. My order says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.
Please check your porch, back door, mail area, or with neighbors and building staff.

IV. Returns & Refunds
Q7. Can I return or exchange my artwork?
We replace or refund artworks that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective within 30 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Q8. How do I report a damaged or lost item?
Send clear photos (showing the full artwork) and your order number to hantrium@gmail.com within 30 days.
We’ll review and process a reprint or refund if applicable.
V. Address & Order Issues
Q9. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped.
Once it’s on its way, changes are no longer possible, and reshipping fees may apply for returned packages.
