At HANTRIUM, we take care to deliver your curated wall art safely and on time. Every order dispatches from the Printful facility closest to your address for a smoother, more reliable experience.
1. Ship-to Region
We currently ship within the United States.
Carrier selection: For your convenience, Printful automatically assigns the optimal carrier and route based on your location and service availability. Carrier selection by customers isn’t available.
2. Transit Times & Rates
Timelines below are shown in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery in real time.
4. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or returns.
- Addresses can be updated only before shipment. After an order is marked as shipped, changes aren’t possible.
- If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Marked “Delivered,” Not Received
- Check around your property (front porch, back door, building mailroom, etc.).
- Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff who may have accepted the parcel.
- Contact the last-mile carrier for precise delivery details.
If the package still can’t be located, reach out and we’ll walk you through next-step options.
6. Damaged or Lost in Transit
- Damaged: Report within 30 days of delivery with clear photos showing the entire item. If approved, we’ll reprint and reship at no cost.
- Lost: Report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If approved, we’ll reship at no cost.
