Refund Policy
We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—with a clear, simple process.
1. Claim Window
- Damaged / misprinted / defective items: Submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Lost in transit: Submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
2. What We Cover
For quality or fulfillment issues (manufacturing defects, print errors, or transit damage), we’ll offer a free reprint or a refund. In most cases, you don’t need to return the item—simply submit a problem report with clear photos showing the entire piece.
3. What Isn’t Covered
- Change of mind, wrong item selection, or incorrect size choice.
- Claims submitted after the 30-day window.
- Items used or damaged after delivery.
4. Return Steps
- Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Returns default to Printful’s facility. When a return arrives, you’ll receive an automated email notification.
- Unclaimed returns are held for up to 30 days and may be donated thereafter.
5. Address Issues & Unclaimed Parcels
- If the carrier deems the address insufficient and the parcel is returned, reshipping costs apply once an updated address is confirmed.
- Unclaimed parcels returned to the facility may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
6. “Delivered,” But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel isn’t found, we can’t verify non-receipt and are unable to cover a free reprint/refund. Before placing a replacement, please:
- Check around the property (porch, back door, mailroom, etc.).
- Ask neighbors, household members, or the front desk.
- Contact the last-mile carrier for delivery details.
7. Refund Method & Timing
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
